BIOGRAPHY

Miltos Tentoglou is a Greek Long Jump athlete.

He was born in Grevena on March 18, 1998, he is 1.87m tall and weighs 71kg.

In 2016, he represented Greece at the Rio Olympics, with a 7.64m jump.

From that point on, he has showcased tremendous improvement and great stability, as he has been undefeated in all Open and Indoor European Championships.

He won the gold medal at the European Championships in Berlin in 2018, at the European Indoor Championships in Glasgow in 2019, at the European U23 Championships in Gävle in 2019 and at the European Indoor Championships in 2021 in Torun.

In 2021 with a jump at 8.60m he achieved the second best performance of all time in Greece.
