Just a few months after obtaining the Certification from the organization Great Place to Work® Hellas along comes a triple distinction for Kaizen Gaming.

Kaizen Gaming’s initiatives for its more than 750 employees have been thrice awarded. Right after being selected as Great Place to Work by its own people, Kaizen Gaming reaffirms the nomination with 3 more major awards at the HR Awards: a gold award in the Most Effective Total Rewards Strategy category and two bronze awards in the Best Team Building Program category and Most Effective Recruitment Strategy.

The Gold award in the category Most Effective Total Rewards Strategy proves once again that the company takes good care of its people in the best possible way, i.e. both in terms of remuneration and additional benefits, as well as in terms of boosting the employees’ development and well-being. The two Bronze awards could not but strengthen this important foundation: In the Best Team Building Program category, Kaizen Gaming was awarded the bronze prize for the creation of the “Kaizen X-Peerience Program”, an action plan aimed at both improving interdepartmental communication, in fostering positive relationships among its people, in organizing fun activities for the employees and their families, as well as in the overall contribution to the community. In the category Most Effective Recruitment Strategy, the company was awarded for the implementation of the “Try this at home” program, an initiative aiming to attract Greek workers from abroad, putting into action the curbing of the brain drain.

The successful presence and triple distinction of Kaizen Gaming at the HR Awards hallmarks the “Great place to work” certification, recently received by the company from the organization Great Place to Work® Hellas. The certification reaffirms that Kaizen Gaming is unquestionably an employer of choice and not of necessity, whose aim is the real and in-depth satisfaction of its human resources. Said certification, obtained through a methodical and thorough process, is based mainly on the direct, anonymous and confidential evaluation by the company’s employees themselves. In other words, it is a distinction given to the company by its own people.

“Our people form the most important part of our business,” commented Alexandra Loi, HR Director at Kaizen Gaming. “Our priority is to reward them in the best possible way, in both salaries and benefits, in training and development and eventually in actions that will allow them to advance their careers in the best possible way. Above all, we operate as a team, with values and attitudes that illustrate who we really are: a company that grows through its people, that constantly strives to learn and improve. Maybe that’s why we can attract talented people from around the world, who choose us for the next step in their careers. This suggests for us one of the greatest signs of our success. We would like to warmly thank the Jury for the award and for the recognition of our efforts. We are committed to exerting all efforts daily in order to be an innovative employer of choice”.
