Miltos Tentoglou clinched his first medal for 2024 at the World Indoor Athletics Championships in Glasgow. The Greek jumper, renowned for his prowess in the long jump, soared to 8.22m on his initial attempt, securing the top spot on the podium.

He outshone Italy’s Mattia Furlani and Jamaican Kari McLeod, replicating his success from the 2022 World Indoor Championships in Belgrade.

His path in the major track and field meetings from 2018 to today has been “all gold”, with the only exception being the silver medal in Eugene, Oregon, in the 2022 World Championships.

Tentoglou has enjoyed a string of victories, with his crowning achievement being the gold medal at the 2021 Olympic Games in Tokyo. He now sets his sights on defending his title in Paris next summer.

At 26 years old, Tentoglou stands at the pinnacle of his career, cementing his status as Greece’s most accomplished athlete in history.

Stoiximan continues to stand by Tentoglou, supporting him in his athletic endeavors and celebrating his remarkable achievements.
