BIOGRAPHY

Christos Frantzeskakis, born in April 2001 in Chania, competes in the hammer throw. He has been part of the Stoiximan Team since December 2022.

He participated in the 2020 Tokyo Olympic, when he was just 20 years old, finishing 25th, as well as in numerous World and European championships.

The highest achievement so far is the 6th place at the 2022 European Athletics Championships in Munich, as well as the 9th place at the World Athletics in the same year. During his time, competing at the youth level, Christos managed to win 2nd place in the U23 European Championship (2021) and 2nd place in the U20 European Championship (2019).

Christos lives and trains in Chania, Crete.

Christos Frantzeskakis won the Gold Medal at the Balkan Championships in Serbia in July 2023.
